Vernon BC Friday November 29th 4pm – 8pm – Downtown Vernon Association Frostival: The DVA will have 4 blocks of 30th Ave closed off for music, activities, holiday characters, dancers, carolers, bands, vendors, Santa’s arrival and so much more. Cranbrook BC Saturday November 30 JCI Kootenay’s Cranbrook Santa Claus Parade starts 5:30pm: JCI Kootenay will be hosting their 52nd Annual Santa Claus Parade on November 30, 2024 starting at 5:30 PM The parade route will begin at Baker Street and 8th Ave South. The floats will travel Baker Street to 12th Ave. South and back up 1st Street South to 8th Ave South. Vernon BC Friday December 6th NONA Lights for Kids with the John Christmas Light Tour: On Friday December 6th, come hang out at NONA between 4:00pm – 6:30pm for a parking lot BBQ and meet & greet with Santa.  There will be fun activities and loads of prizes and giveaways! Vernon BC Saturday December 7th Vernon Vipers Annual Teddy Bear Toss game 6pm. Fans are encouraged to bring suitable stuffed toys to toss on the ice when the Vipers score their 1st goal. Tuesday December 17th CPKC Holiday Train in Canoe B.C. 6:45pm – The 2024 CPKC Holiday Train will tour Canada raising money, food and awareness to support food banks. Professional musicians play free concerts from the brightly decorated train’s stage. CPKC donates to the local food bank at each stop and encourages all attendees to make a monetary or heart-healthy food donation.
