The Armstrong Regional Cooperative is a growing organization committed to excellence, innovation and teamwork. We are looking or a detail-oriented and motived Office Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, quick thinking, and a keen eye for detail. We offer a challenging and dynamic work environment along with a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, a pension plan, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front counter and phone sales
  • Perform reception duties, including answering and directing calls
  • Handle filing and general administrative tasks
  • Basic bookkeeping duties such as data entry and use of adding machines
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Assist with inventory restocking and organization
  • Perform other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience
  • Strong data entry and basic bookkeeping skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment, especially adding machines and numerical data entry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong English speaking and communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A good sense of humour is always appreciated!
