Bursaries Available

The Armstrong Regional Cooperative (ARC) is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for three separate $1000 bursaries for students attending accredited Canadian educational institutions. One bursary will be awarded to a student entering their 2nd year of post secondary education immediately after their 1st year, one bursary will be awarded to a student entering their third or subsequent year of post secondary education immediately following their last completed year, and one bursary will be awarded to a mature student returning to post secondary education after a break of at least 2 school years from their last school term (secondary or post-secondary).  The application deadline is 31 Jul 2024.

Bursary Application Process 

Please print and submit along with your application a copy of the ARC’s Bursary Application Supplemental Information Form.  Included on the form is a detailed list of all required information to submit along with your application:

Please forward completed bursary applications to ARC Bursary Committee, Box 250, Armstrong, BC V0E 1B0 or drop it off at our offices at 973 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong, BC.  Only those applications received at the ARC offices, regardless of submission method, before end of day on 31 Jul 2024 will be considered.  Only the successful candidates will be contacted and the successful candidates name will be posted on our website.

Bursary Program Eligibility
The ARC bursary program is open to individuals who have themselves (or their parents if applicant under 25 yrs) have been active ARC members in good standing for at least one year prior to making application.  Please note that eligible candidates must be attending accredited Canadian educational institutions and must be attending school in the same year as the application deadline.
