Job Summary:
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, quick thinking, and a keen eye for detail. We offer a challenging and dynamic work environment along with a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, a pension plan, and profit sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front counter and phone sales
- Perform reception duties, including answering and directing calls
- Handle filing and general administrative tasks
- Basic bookkeeping duties such as data entry and use of adding machines
- Maintain and update databases
- Assist with inventory restocking and organization
- Perform other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience
- Strong data entry and basic bookkeeping skills
- Proficiency with office equipment, especially adding machines and numerical data entry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong English speaking and communication skills
- Ability to remain focused and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A good sense of humour is always appreciated!
